Everything was perfect! The hotel is located in an extremely convenient position, close to metro stations and in the central area of Myeongdong. The room was modern and big and really clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend this hotel!

Very Good

The location is good. Near the subway and walking distance to the underground shopping and café. Plenty of eateries just outside the hotel. We were there during winter so there isn't any aircon in the room. Since we do not like the heater that much, the housekeeper was super helpful, he brought us a fan to help with the circulation and to cool the room down.

The size of the room was a bit too small for a family room and the pillow was too soft. I have to rely on my neck pillow the entire stay. It will be nice, since this was a family room, to have additional hooks in the bathroom to hang our bath towel after use.

Location. Surrounded by many restaurants and easy to access. 3 min walk to subway. Staff are friendly and helpful. Like the fact that there is a water dispenser on every floor.

Location is excellent, a short distance from Myeondong shopping n night market. Check in and out was fuss free. Rooms are cleaned daily.

Best feature was location. Close enough to main attractions but in a quiet area. Lots of small restaurants and eateries around the corner without the crowds. Easy stroll to subway. Accommodating staff, very clean

Very limited options to watch television programs not in Korean. Being a lot of foreign tourists to Myeongdong, there should have been options for subtitles and/or foreign language channels. Except for bathroom, I found decor a bit dated

Pleasant stay that exceed my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is very strategic. Not hard to find place to eat as it is surrounded by a lot of restaurants. Near to subway/metro stations too. Myeongdong is just 10 mins walk from the hotel. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again whenever I am in Seoul. Another plus point is the coin laundry. People say when you travel to Korea for holiday, travel light as you'll probably be bringing home lots of things back and the laundry facility definitely helps A LOT !

I like to sleep on a hard mattress and the bed in this hotel is not up to my expectation. But overall I still enjoyed the stay in this hotel.

Excellent position and very kind staff

Central position to reach by walk historical sights ( Deoksugung - Gyeonji-dong ). Room has enough space, a comfortable bed and was clean. Staff was very kind and speaking in english was easy.

I love how it was so near to the metro stations and it was walking distance to myeongdong. I also love that it was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

very pleasant and comfortable stay!

the hotel is super neat and super central for traveling through the city by taxi, foot or public transportation. the rooms were very clean and it was possible to request things by a simple click. the rooftop was also really beautiful at night and the other facilities (laundry / gym etc.) were very easy to use with no further comments. the staff were very easy to approach in Korean and English and on our last day they even arranged a taxi for us! overall a super pleasant experience with literally no flaws! the price is amazing for all the things you get !!
